By using services provided by SGC-Hosting, you agree you are subject to the following Terms of Service and that you are at least 18 years of age. SGC-Hosting reserves the right to alter these Terms of Service at any time, without notice.
Services are billed in advanced, via the method you have selected from the options we provide. Billing-length terms are selected at sign-up. SGC-Hosting reserves the right to remove payment options and change payment gateways at anytime, without notice.
Exceeding your allotted resource allowance will result in suspension of service until either a new billing begins or you contact SGC-Hosting to purchase more resources.
Accounts may be cancelled at any time - refunds will be prorated and non-negotiable. Cancellations must be performed through our billing portal.
SGC-Hosting reserves the right to refuse service to any one at any time for any reason.
SGC-Hosting provides its services as-is, without any warranty of any kind. Service may be interrupted at any time, and you agree SGC-Hosting is not liable for any damages, loss, injury, claims, or reasonable attorney's fees under any circumstances.
SGC-Hosting is not responsible for any content or material supplied by you, nor its customers, that infringes on any property rights of a third party.

You agree to only use the service for lawful purposes. You must abide by New York, New Jersey, Texas, California, and USA laws in addition to the laws of your residence.
You agree that you hold the appropriate rights or license to any content housed using SGC-Hosting's services.
You agree not to use our services to send unsolicited bulk e-mail, or to use unsolicited bulk e-mail to advertise for material housed on our services.
You agree not to use our services for free proxy, vpn, or relay services to anonymous users (example: tor exit nodes and free, public proxies). These services are acceptable for known, registered users.
Any activity that negatively impacts the stability or security of our network is in violation of Acceptable Use and will be immediately stopped. You are responsible for any traffic generated, or used by, your account on our services. This also extendsd to sub-accounts created by you.
Accounts in violation of our terms or Accept Use Policy may be immediately cancelled without a refund.
Any fees or fines imposed on SGC-Hosting as a result of any abuse, misuse, or negligence by you, or any sub-accounts affiliated by you, will be billed to you, with additional processing fees.

SGC-Hosting will require personal information to create accounts for our services. Personal information includes: your name, e-mail address, residential and/or business address, credit card or relevant payment information, your phone number, and more.
SGC-Hosting will also collect information regarding how you use its sites and service. This includes what web site referred you, your browser's User Agent, and other data related to your web-connection to our site.
Cookies are required to use some services on our website. Cookies may also be used by third party analytic providers that we may have used or may use now or in the future to track visits to our site. You may be subjected to the privacy policies of these providers.
We do not sell or distribute your information to any one, for any reason, except when required by law. The information collected is solely used to help provide a better experience for our users - such as improving our website, signing up for new services, and receiving support for purchased services.

SGC-Hosting's sole liability for Dedicated and Virtual servers lies in the maintenance of the hardware and infrastructure that our Dedicated and Virtual servers rely on.
You, our customer, are solely responsible for the software and use, as well as abuse, of any Dedicated or Virtual server you may purchase. SGC-Hosting is in no way liable to maintain or support any Dedicated or Virtual server beyond hardware or infrastructure related issues. That is, SGC-Hosting is only liable for the underlying hardware and the overall network. SGC-Hosting is liable for any individual agreements or contracts made prior to any Dedicated or Virtual server purchase.
SGC-Hosting does not provide backups for dedicated and virtual servers. In the event of a catastrophic storage failure, it is the responsibility of the client to restore data.
You are free to use your dedicated or virtual server any way you wish as long as it abides by our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use policies, and does not allow anonymous use of your server. For example, Tor exit nodes or free, anonymous VPN services are not permitted. Using our servers for DDoS attacks, spamming, Tor exit nodes, and free anonymous VPN, are considered abuse. It is in your best interest to not allow for the opportunity for your server to be used for illegal purposes.

SGC-Hosting provides guaranteed access to any one of our VPN servers. We do not guarantee access to any particular server. For example, if you are unable to access our New Jersey VPN server, but our California VPN server is accessible, SGC-Hosting has fulfilled our requirements.
SGC-Hosting may add or remove available VPN servers at any time without any notice.
Our VPN services must not be used for illegal activity. SGC-Hosting reserves the right to log VPN usage to provide information at the request of the law.
You, our customer, is solely liable for how your VPN account is used. VPN services are subjected to SGC-Hosting's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Police and must abide to those terms, the laws of the VPN server's location, and the laws of user's location.

We stand behind the services we provide. We offer 60 days to try out our services with no risk. You may cancel your account and we will refund any hosting package fees without any questions or hassle within the first 60 days. After 60 days, if you choose to cancel our services, we will prorate the refund - refunding any prepaid hosting package. Some items or services are non-refundable, the value of any non-refundable item (such as bundled domain names) will be deducted from your refund.
We can only offer refunds on web hosting packages - other products or services, such as domain name registrations, SSL certifications, or software licenses (amongst others), cannot be refunded. If any non-refundable item is bundled with your hosting package, its value will be deducted from the refund.

Crypto-currency payments are processed using various payment processors. Many times, these payments are converted to either alternative crypto-currencies or USD (unfortunately, we can't pay our bills with these currencies). Because of this, crypto-currency payments and refunds are issued at the current exchange rate used provided by the selected payment processor at the time of the transaction. For example, if you pay SGC-Hosting $20 in bitcoin, you will be refunded $20 worth of bitcoin at the time of said refund - we cannot issue refunds at historical exchange rates. We cannot, and will not, issue refund to accommodate exchange rate fluctuations.
Since anonymity is synonymous with Bitcoin, we do allow pseudonyms to be used when entering your billing information. Please be sure you enter a valid e-mail address so you can be contacted by.
Domain registrations require accurate who-is data to be provided to the registrar. Failure to provide accurate information may result in the removal of your domain name by the authoritative provider of your Top-Level Domain. SGC-Hosting provides free privacy protection with domain registrations - please utilize this feature instead.
We are currently unable to accept Bitcoin subscription payments. You will be required to manually pay invoices if you are paying with Bitcoin.
